I forgot my player password. What can I do?

You can change your email or player password by clicking on the My Details link at the bottom of the page. You can also use the Forgot password option when signing in to the player.

How many devices can I use to view the content?

You can use on two (2) devices. Note that the Quick Online Access using your browser and Flux Player app are considered separate devices even if on the same computer or mobile device. We recommend installing and using the Flux Player app whenever possible, so the content is always available even without internet.

I am signed-in to the Flux Player with a different email? What can I do?

Choose Deauthorize from the player menu, deauthorize the device, and then sign-in with the email provided in the invitation.

If you have more than one player account, we recommened that you contact support@flickrocket.com and request a merge of the accounts. When requesting a merge of the accounts, be sure to state the email addresses that should be merged and which email email you want to use for for accessing content in the player.

How do I sign-out of the player?

You do not need to sign-out. Just close the player app. It is not active unless running. If you need to sign-out, choose Deauthorize from the player menu.

I cannot print, export, or burn a disc?

Printing, exporting, and burning depend on the license you were granted by the publisher. In most cases, these options are not permitted.

How do I use the Annotation and Highlighting features?

To use the annotation and highlighting features, click at the beginning of the desired text, hold the Shift key and click at the end of the desired text. Tap and drag on mobile devices. Then choose Annotate or Highlight from the pop-up menu. The Annotation and Highlighting Panel will open showing the Page number and highlighted text. Click the Pencil icon to change highlight color or the select the Trash Can icon to delete the highlight or annotation. When choosing Annotate, you also have the option of adding you own comments or notes. In addition, you can quickly add Page Notes by choosing the New Page Notes icon.

The Annotation and Highlighting feature also includes the ability to Search annotations and highlights and sort the search results by Newest, Oldest, or Location. Filters allow showing or hiding Page Notes, Annotations, Highlights, and Only the Current Page. The Eye icon quickly hides or shows highlights.

Annotation and highlights are stored in the cloud, so you can access and add more annotations and highlights even when using a different device.

How can I get technical help?

Making the request directly from within the Flux Player will help our team resolve your problem as quickly as possible. To submit a request, open the player, select Help from the menu, and then choose Contact support. Please enter a detailed description of the problem along with any error messages or other information that could help us understand or reproduce the issue. Providing the exact steps to reproduce the issue is the most helpful. Make certain the checkbox/switch is enabled to allow support related information to be sent and click Send.

In the event you cannot send a request via the player, you can also contact us via the Support option on the Help Center menu in your browser or email us directly at support@flickrocket.com. If sending your request via email, please make certain to state the operating system, device, and as much other detail as possible to help our support group understand the issue. Providing the exact text of any error message and screenshots are always helpful.
